Customization:
Blankets include personalized name and measuring tape in cm/inches.

You are responsible for verifying:
✅ Name spelling
✅ Color selection (screen colors may vary slightly)

Limitations:
We don't accept names with:
✖ Offensive content
✖ Trademarked terms
✖ Over 20 characters

3. Orders & Payments

Currency: USD only.
Processing: 3-5 business days (due to customization).
Payment Methods: Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Shopify Pay, PayPal.

4. Shipping (USA Only)

Free Shiping
Note: We don't ship internationally.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns if:

🔹 Defective product (free replacement)
🔹 Customization error on our part

We don't accept:

❌ Change of mind (custom products are non-refundable)
❌ Damage from improper care

6. Care Instructions

Hand wash only in cold water
Lay flat to dry
Do not iron over personalized areas

Commercial reproduction prohibited without authorization.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Blankets are decorative items.
We're not liable for:
▪️ Improper washing damages
▪️ Unsupervised use with infants

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in North Carolina, USA courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes become effective when posted.
